Week 1
For the last 3 weeks, I have been watching my daily cholesterol and fiber intake. Right now, I must say, I have been doing a great job on my cholesterol intake and a so so job on the fiber. The cholesterol has been under 200 mg a day and my fiber intake average has been 20 grams. I need to get the fiber back up to at least 25 grams a day. Here are my goals for next week:
- Eat a piece of fruit with my fiber bar in the morning.
- Eat a serving a fruit for lunch.
- Continue with my meatless Mondays and fish on Wednesdays and Fridays.
I will be updating every Friday from now on.
